Privacy Policy
1. We kindly inform you that your personal data is controlled by the Adminitrator in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR).
2. Please be advised that we process data as follows depending on the situation:
2.1. Potential users and addressees of advertising campaigns:
2.1.1. The legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) (GDPR), consisting of marketing its own products and services and, in the case of express consent, also the products and services of companies cooperating with the Controller (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), using the following forms of communication: - sending commercial information (e-mails and text messages).
2.1.2. The Controller will process the data until you withdraw your consent or object to the processing. After withdrawal of your consent or objection, your personal data may be retained for the purpose of demonstrating the correctness of fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller and related claims.
2.1.3. If the Controller obtained the data indirectly from the data subject, the source of the data is the entity that had the consent to provide the data to the Controller, or due to another legal basis. The data acquired includes only the information necessary to conduct the selected type of marketing activities.
2.2. Users:
2.2.1. The legitimate interests of the Controller (Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of GDPR and Article 9(2)(a) of GDPR) in such forms as: sending correspondence, executing a contract with a Client, taking action prior to concluding a contract including at the request of a user, expressed in any way, e.g. by filling out the contact form, bookkeeping and financial reporting, in connection with fulfilling obligations arising from the law or realization of Controller's legitimate interests (establishing, asserting and defending claims, statistics, increasing the quality of services provided).
2.2.2. The Controller will process the data for the duration of the contract, in particular the Terms and Conditions. In the case of processing of data solely on the basis of voluntarily given consent - until its withdrawal.
2.2.3. The Controller obtained the data from the user. Personal data was obtained only to the extent necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract. In the case of electronic handling of the contract, in addition to data such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and activity history.
3. Your personal data may be shared with recipients of personal data. Recipients of your data may be:
3.1. Controller’s partners that will be authorized to process personal data on the basis of a written data processing entrustment agreement, as well as authorized employees and associates of the Controller.
3.2. Companies providing services or IT solutions;
3.3. Subcontractors and suppliers of the organization.
3.4. Law firms or attorneys' offices.
3.5. Companies that provide consulting and auditing services.
3.6. Companies conducting marketing activities.
3.7. Document archiving and shredding companies.
3.8. Banks, insurance companies and other financial and payment institutions.
3.9. Public authorities, receiving data in connection with implementation of Controller's legal obligations.
4. In view of Controller’s processing of your data, you have the following rights:
4.1. The right of access to the content of personal data

4.3. The right to delete your personal data (including the so called "right to be forgotten").
4.4. The right to limit data processing
4.5. The right to transfer data
4.6. The right to withdraw consent
4.7. The right to object

5. As a rule, personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
6. Provision of personal data in the aforementioned scope is voluntary, however, it is a condition for the conclusion of the agreement necessary for its execution, as well as for the settlement of the conducted activity and Controller's compliance with the requirements of the law. For other purposes (in particular, in terms of Controller's processing of data for marketing purposes), providing data is voluntary.
7. This website collects information contained in cookies. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the final device of a website user. Cookies most often contain data on the name of a given website, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number. In the same way, data is processed within the application . Cookies and analytical tools are used:
7.1. to optimize the use of the website according to your needs and preferences;
7.2. for statistical purposes;
7.3. to maintain the user session of the website.
8. We use the following types of cookies: "essential," "performance," "functional," and "advertising."
9. Web browsers (site user software), as part of their default settings, allow cookies to be stored on end devices. The user of the website can change the default settings of the respective web browser regarding the use of cookies. Some restrictions on the use of cookies may affect the functionality of the website. The cookies on the final device of website user and at the same time having access to them are placed by the Controller. 10. If you do not agree to the use of cookies, you are required to change the settings of your web browser on your own. Configuration of the system to allow the use of cookies implies consent for the Controller to store the information files referred to above, in accordance with Article 173(2) of the Act of July 16, 2004, Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 576 as amended).
11. The use the web involves the transmission of queries to the server where the page is stored. Each query addressed to the server is saved in server logs. Logs include your IP address, date and time of the server, information on the web browser and operating system which you are using. Logs are saved and stored on the server, but are not associated with specific individuals using the Site and are not used by the Controller to identify the User. Server logs only serve as support material used to administer the page and its content is not disclosed to anyone beyond persons authorized to administer the server.
12. We will retain your personal information for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes which we obtained it for, including with respect to satisfying any legal, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of the personal data, the purposes for which we process the personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes by other means, and applicable legal requirements.
13. In some cases, we may anonymize your personal information so that it cannot be linked to you. In such a situation, we may use the information in question without notifying you.
14. Our website may contain links to third-party websites. When accessing them, remember that each of these sites contains its own privacy statement.
